Things like that almost make me believe in fairy godmothers and angels, but then reality and the law of physics bring me back down to earth, but what ever it is she is one very lucky little girl :o

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

The number of deadly accidents that occur with the excuse "I swerved to avoid a dog" :-? I will just kill someone/right my car off rather than run over a dog and have a dented bumper!

People in the Western world swerve to avoid animals because we cherish life, and many of us had pets as kids. I have lived in other parts of the world where to assist in a car accident makes you liable and responsible if the persons involved should die. I won't say where...
