So by this thinking, the victim can be at fault for just about anything. German courts have decided that if you hit a drunk pedestrian during Oktoberfest you are 50% to blame for the accident because you should have realised that drunks could be in the road! 50/50

So you are 50% to blame for your mugging because you should have known that the subway/underground was dangerous place at night for example.
Why is it that idiots have to be protected from people who can carry out day to day living without incident or accident and not "normal" people being protected from the idiots of this world >:(

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

She was doing the speed limit and broke no 'regular' laws.

Only during Oktoberfest, huh?  How about New Year's?
