Tunnel Vision............Literally

Please God, don't let my children ever become this STUPID!!!!!!

Two girls aged ten and 12 who were trapped in a storm drain used Facebook to get help instead of calling the emergency services.

I am almost lost for words. They must have been suffering from cerebral dysentery.........a complete rush of sh$t to the head.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Nevertheless, if they don't pay attention to where they're going while sending messages, why expect they'll pay attention to where they should be sending their messages; at least they survived (not sure about the safe part). :D
