You could fly all the sceptics to the moon and stand them in front of an Apollo lander and they will swear they have been drugged and are really in a hanger in Nevada. Easier to believe 400,000 people have kept the joke for 40 years to themselves. Not to mention that the Russians are in on it to too. Nothing like you best enemy (at the time) to keep your secrets to them selves and not show you up as a fraud.
