Cool Jake Plummers finally snapped on Denver fans:)
"I suck, you suck, the defense sucks. Good Luck. Happy Thanksgiving."

I love this guy, sure beats the suit wearing corporate line spurting QB you get from most teams ;D

I believe it was in response to a Cutler rumor. ::)

I am very much looking forward to the first game tomorrow.  I hope that Harrington walks into Ford Field and just shreads that Detriot defense.  Show all those aweful Lions fans just what they gave up.

Go Joey!!!

no wonder his passes are so wobbly at times. Harrington has such an odd grip on the ball :o

Harrington has such an odd grip on the ball :o

You know, he does have a funny grip on the ball with his middle & ring fingers being together like that...I never noticed that.  But, when he was at Oregon it seemed like his passes never wobbled-he threw beautiful passes consistently...even under pressure (and we was well known as a 4th quarter comeback guy).  I wonder if it has to do with the fact that the NFL and NCAA use different style balls.  I doubt it because he has been in  the NFL for 5 years now.

Plus, many players have had slighly unique throwing grips.    An famous example is NFL Hall of Fame QB Terry Bradshaw, his grip consisted of streching his index finger until it practically reached the point of the football.  He said that he got an extra "push" on the ball with his finger as it was the last thing to be in contact with the football.  Kind of odd, but it worked for him.

I still hope that one day Harrington can return to how he played in college...he really was one of the best players I had ever seen.  When he was at Oregon, he reminded me of Joe Montana.  He had that same indescrible command of the game and as a result you could never count him out.

well to be fair I have a rather weird grip. almost the vulcan greeting like grip, my pinkie and ring finger touching over the laces and my middle and index finger together towards the tip of the ball. Only time I change is when its wet. then its a simmilar grip to Joeys but the middle and ring fingers spread further apart over the laces.

Whatever Joey is doing he's doing it right today it seems. Perfect throw after perfect throw. Glad he's doing the Lions in. That'll teach em:)

He looked pretty good today...and now on a 4 game win streak too.  I really think he has found something in Miami.  Plus, Culpepper just isn't very good so this may be a permanent thing.  But, he looked great (over a 100 QB rating today) and I hope winning in Detriot felt really good!

His post game interview, was incredible. He comes across as on of the truely nice guys of the game. And even after the way they showed him the door in Detroit he was still thanking the equiptment guys no less, let alone the coaches and players.

Yeah, the interview was pretty impressive.  I have had the privilege of meeting him when he played for Oregon and he is very charismatic and comes across very sincere.  I was surprised that being as big of a star as he was when he was here, that he was not
