Not my cup of tea, but my girlfriend loves it - so thankyou for reminding me, i'll go & get one later for her - maybe i'll get out tonight after all  ;D  ;D

Cheers,

They actually re-named an alley Diagon Alley in honor of the book's release at Midnight. ::)

I'll wait till the crapfest dies down...

I like the books, but Harry Potter still doesn't hold a candle to Stephen King's The Dark Tower series...

Of course, that's just my opinion...

Sheesh, Harry Potter. I just started "Das Boot". The book is sooooooo way better than the movie.

I hope none of you went and got it at midnight.  When the fourth one came out, everyone went at midnight cause they thought it would be sold out if they didn't.  I went during the day, and the store had hundreds just sitting there.

I've always wondered why those same people don't freak out over Lord of The Rings? The thing that the complainers seem to be missing here is really quite simple, you see Harry Potter is... I dont know how to put it... um... oh yeah- FICTION!! No one claimed it was real, its a story not a religeouse text. Plus,  it gets kids to read instead of watch TV, and play video games all the time.

Harry Potter is child's play compared to LOTR.
