American Choppers

If you watch the Discovery Channel often, then you know that the title does not refer to helos.

I watch the show many times and I saw a lot of theme bikes made in that show and I love it.

As I saw the show, I had an idea. With FS growing at a steady pace, why not continue to model custom bikes as well for Flight simulator?

Yes, I know. Modeling a bike is not as easy as modeling a car (considering that they two wheels instead of four). But that's why I chose to model the choppers as well. The design concept brings forth challenges even to us experienced modelers.

This concept also forces us to learn and study the new animation tags that came with the latest SDK from M$ (ex: chain animation, and rain drops on the glass [if any]). It also forces us to learn more about the dynamics files since we would have to find ways on how to balance a bike on two wheels while still maintaining control of the bike.

Remember the first bike that came out for FS2002? I loved that bike, except for one thing: the dynamics needed tinkering.

What do guys think?

PS: I have already started to make one.

I have already completed the basic frame. From that point on, I have two choices: model a West Coast Chopper bike, model an Arlen Ness bike, or model an Orange County Chopper theme bike.

Which would you guys prefer?
