Tiny cockpit - I vote for the Avro Canada CF-100.  I actually sat in one (Canadian Warbird Museum, Hamilton Ontario) and thanked the powers that be that I wasn't chosen to fly it...The canopy would not have come down with crushing my head - and that was without a helmet.  Ejection from it would have meant instant amputation of my lower extremities....

.. or so it seemed.

But the Hunter is, of not the prettiest overall jet ever, at least the most beautiful British jet ...  (the Sea Hawk is a close second)

Oh yeah although the hunter is beautiful and flies nicely I don't recommend it to claustrophobics cause the cocpit is tiny and I mean that. I actually think the T.7 variant is the nicest hunter of them all.

I always thought "double delta" meant the same as "cranked arrow", where the wing is swept at say 70 degrees down to one of the spars and is then swept at a more gentle angle, say 40-50 degrees ie the Saab Draken.

They used to refer to the Javelin as a double delta. This was due to the unusual configuration of delta shaped wing & high-set delta horizontal tail surfaces. It might have a different meaning today.
