hello..id like to know wich is the key on the keyboard that is used to activate the gates at any airport. im using fsx, windows 7 ultimate and this is the information on my pc...intel

The default is ctrl + J. Also I believe you need to have parking breaks on for it to work

If your flying an addon aircraft, and the gate doesn't work, check the aircraft.cfg file for the proper entries in the, [exits] section.

If you have the SDK installed you can find the info in the help file (fsxsdk.chm file), or check any of the default airliners' aircraft.cfg.

In the settings, what setting makes the jetways available, I can find the jetway settings anywhere

I believe to get the jetways to show up you need to increase your scenery settings slider.

YEAP......done with the gates...brakes on, engines shut down, and an open door (optional). 
unfortunattly they dont work with addons.  :-/
dave3cu and matthewdev,  i appreciate your help, but although i see differences in the adon crafts vrs the ones from the program in the exits section, i lack pc programining. so what i dont know...i dont touch. less problems.
also my main problem is if someone can help me with the problem on my 727-100 wich, after you save and reopen, the engines SHUT down...VERY bad on final approach.
ive already posted a note to see if i can have some orientation to the solutions, if not ill do my best..in my around the world quest.
