You've already asked this and it has already been answered.

The FS Recorder saved file is NOT a video. It is merely data for the location, type, speed and direction of aircraft in the simulator. It can only be translated back in Flight Simulator.

You need a screen recorder such as FRAPS or CamStudio.

would use craps but it's only for 30 seconds

I posted 2 programs which work  ;)

FRAPS is payware, that is why it will only do the first 30 seconds as a trial.
