Ruined multiplayer

As I've been using FSX online for the first time, I noticed how MS decided to utterly ruin the MP experience by using Gamespy.  What a shame.  I've stayed logged in for a max of 20 minutes, the average time logged in is about 8 seconds.  Booted off stating I may be logged in on another computer.  Whatever.  
I don't expect any future releases to get any better, I have GTA4 which has WindowsLive, and it makes Gamespy look like the best online gaming experience ever.  Ruined I tell ya, Ruined.

You can connect directly with your online buddies.. skip GameSpy all together.

Same thing happenes to me but i cannot join ANY sessions at all
