hey! if i download a 747-400 aircraft and it come with panels,etcs does it work if i jus take the TEXTURE out of that aircraft and copy the aircraft.cfg and post it on the 747-400 that comes with FSX?

i dont need the model or anything like that right? jus the texture and the aircraft.cfg ?

i've only got the aircraft.cfg and the texture but it dont show up on FSX aircraft list

all you need is to copy the folder that holds the texture into the main fsx texture folder, and the .cfg, just like installing a new texture

i copyed all the files in the TEXTURE folder and extract it to
C:/program files/microsoft games/FSX/texture
but i still dont see the aircraft on the list even tho i put the aircraft cfg in the 747-400 cfg

That probably will not work since the texture in the texture folder is sesigned fr a particular aircraft MDL .

it didn't work lol o well cuz the aircraft that i downloaded dont have VC on it
