Hi fellow simmers, captjim here again. It would appear that I may have a scenery problem in FSX.  When the main page comes up I get the following message..."scenery.cfg file error.  local secenery directory (addon scenery/SCENERY} in scenery area.115 not found..."  Any suggestions???  Since they mentioned scenery 5 times in this message I guess they want me to know it's a scenery problem.

Also, what's this about FX11???  Is such a thing comming???  Thanks as always, captjim.  By the way a MERRY CHRISTMAS to ALL.

Did you delete something from that folder?

Unless you have manually edited the scenery.cfg file, [area.115] is the ..\Flight Simulator X\Addon Scenery\.. folder.

Make sure the folder is still there and that it has a ..\scenery\ sub-folder, even if the \scenery\ sub-folder is empty.
At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
