I can not imagine why you want to fly in over speed as it is hard on the engines. Usually after saving a flight in mid flight and reloading it takes a few moments for every thing to go back to where it was when you saved it. The air speed might take a little longer but the over speed condition might have something to do with it. As for editing the air speed to my knowledge there is no way to do that. 8-)
