Help with wheelcam?

Okay well I downloaded version 1 and then tried number 2.06 or something and everytime the game starts it will open wheel cam then it says fsx directory file not found or something then it closes and the game goes fine from there..

Any help on how to get it to work on my fsx and I run vista.
