Legal or not?

Postby I love BOEING » Sun Oct 05, 2008 8:51 am

Hi,

Recently, my friend used FSX in game. He told me he gotten his FSX through National Library. As you can see, in Singapore, we have a public library or National Library. He is a premium member so he can borrow any AV materials. And, one of the premium material is FSX. Though, its original, it gives the key and allow user to download.

Now, its not fair, for those who paid so much. Especially here in Singapore, it cost 60 bucks.

So, consider this legal or not? Or is this being KIND?

(P.S- I am also a premium member, I was about to borrow FS2004 installation Disk because some old gauges can work there, BUT, when i RESERVED it, THE USER WHO BORROWED IT claimed it was lost, and was never found.  >:(

I believe it's legal.

We have the same thing here in Denmark, and libraries pay an extra large amount of money for all material.
