DUAL Out the Window View ( 2 - Monitors)

How can I get a DUAL MONIOR OUT THE WINDOW VIEW ?

Does anyone know what hardware/software is needed to obtain a dual monitor out the window view.  What I want is 2 monitors with a wide out the window view and a 3rd monitor for the instruments.  What is needed...I have seen it in magazines somewhere...etc...

Your help woudl be appreciated !
