after i convert the file which one do i add to the sim? the bglfs9 extension or the other one?


The .bglfs9 files are backups of the original files, still in FS9 format, so you want to move 'the other one'.  

Are you going to use the WoAI installer to install the packages to FSX?..or are you simply going to copy the aircraft and traffic files from FS9 to FSX?
At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

I notice in the file for an airline it has a "woai CFG" file. do i load that also


No. That file passes info along to the installer when you do a normal install to the sim.

ok thank you....i just got done last night converting about a 150 airlines and will be adding them tonight...thank you agian for your help  ;)
