"Favorite" is a relative term. I like Science Fiction, X series, fast jets and off beat oddities. Other simmers like Civilian props or airliners, and then there's the militay and vintage ac. And heli's.
Compound that with a lot of simmers have converted FS9 aircraft to FSX, so their favorite may not even be a genuine FSX add-on, and they may have had to do a lot of modifications (One of my fav's is an X-15, and *that* was a FS2002 add-on!)
Even if you restrict yourself to FSX, you're going to get ten replies and all of them different. Not a bad thing. As a hobby, FS (all of them) is a very diverse hobby.
Also, if you download something that's a waste of disk space, delete it. No harm, no foul.
