What exactly do you mean by things in a distance being blurry?  Could you post a screenshot?

Defragging may help the blurries.

There are many threads you can look through where NickN helps others to fix their blurry problems.

For the most part, a good defrag, the right settings (why don't you post shots of your current ones), and a few extra lines to your CFG such as the [BUFFERPOOLS] tweak may help take care of the problem. Do some searching through the forums and you'll find plenty of information.

I noticed that your level of detail radius is set to small.  Set it to a larger radius.   That might help the blurriness in the distance.

Hi flyboy,

I agree, move your level of detail to medium and then large for tests.

Your sliders and check boxes may be unchecked or sliders reduced.  For example, do you need bloom and lens flare?  Does water need to be so high, can it be low 2x?  And so on.

In addition, as thoughts to consider, your video card is not very powerful, so the future may include a better video card.

Seriously I almost thought the series of screenshots was a bit of a joke.
