OK, what are these??

Lately, every time I try to download a file, it comes up with the extension ".efw".  What are these files, and how do I open them to get the planes?  I am a premium member, if that makes any difference.

Never mind - I just googled the .efw extension, and found that it's something that my antivirus program (CA Internet Security Suite) does - it renames any .zip file to the .efw.  

I should remember - Google is my friend!!
