Lhasa, Tibet in FSX Missing?

Lhasa, Tibet Airport in FSX, is it missing or is it something wrong with my FSX?.

It's missing, as it was in FS2002 and 2004.

The only facility at Lhasa is the LXA VOR.

There is freeware add-on scenery for ZULS for FS2004 but didn't find anyting for FSX.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
