PANEL.CFG EDITING

Postby Brett Hill 2 » Tue Jul 08, 2008 9:35 am

I would like to add an autopilot to my aircraft into VC... I already have one on the 2d panel but hate flying with them. I can put the guage I want in there ok.... its just moving it to the plce i want it to be

next to each guage under VCockpit heading in the panel.cfg document there is four numbers.... Does anyone know which way each of these numbers more the guage and what they do?

Please help!

Did you mean the simicon gauge? The 2D pop-up windows can be selected in VC mode by using the correct key strokes - Shift + 2 etc.

The four numbers are the X, Y coordinates & X, Y gauge size. (X = horizontal & Y = vertical.)

It's easier to simply use a popup window with your Autopilot, than to install it into your VC panel. It can be done, depending on the panel, but it is a little harder to do

Ya.... I have already done that but just for pure realism I want to intergrate it into the panel
