Making A

hey...
I have managed to get hold of the project opensky embraer 135LR with a very detailed VC. the only problem is there are no clickable switch's and all swich'es are 2d and appear as a photograpic image. The autopilot, lights and engine starter/cutoff are the main things needed for it to be a fully flyable VC.

I am wondering if there is anyone willing to adapt the panel from the downloads in the link below to give them a working VC.... If someone is willing to tell me how to do this and what programs are needed then that is also helpfull... but keep it simple... I only know the basic layout of aircraft.cfg's but not the panel.cfg.

Thank you in advance

2D switches are simple gauges, that you need to place in the cockpit exactely like a normal instrument if I'm not mistaken.
By looking at the panel.cfg of any aircraft, you can understand very quickly how it works. It's something like:
gauge.01=name of the gauge, X, Y, length, height, and some other stuff...
The main step is to figure out which VCockpit section corresponds to which part of the VC, and what kind of coordinates to use. For choosing the instruments (switches etc...) you can always have a look in the panel.cfg of another aircraft that already use them.
