177.xx Drivers

Hi,

Has anyone tried the 177.39, 40 or 41 drivers with fsx yet?

Any better than the 174.70 or 174.74 drivers?

I downloaded the 80 MB driver file .... (arggggg) and tried to install. Gave me an error message "Nvidia cannot find any drivers compatible with your hardware" .  Well .... so much for those efforts. >:(

There are patched installers or patched inf files which you can drop into the Drivers folder that is created in your C drive.

I have now tried the 177.xx drivers, but im not sure about them. If anything 177.39 seemed the smoothest.

Ok ..... but .... any idea what or where to look for the "patched" files?
