looking for recomendation for 2 areas for msfs x

Hi guys how's everybody, i've been using fsx and im ready to try some traffic, and begin to work on atc communications.

What are your top 3 ( we all got a different opinion, right ) recomendations for adding traffic to the sim, and perhaps why, and is there a good software ( or site ) that will allow proper learning and practice communications with atc for ( right now im flying vfr only ) the default fsx comm is not very good.

VoxATC X is good for voice comms, but it is VERY limited in FSX, mostly to pattern work in VFR.  But, I think it is good practice, because you actually talk instead of hit keys.
