Some of my aircraft will give those warnings, but I checked and did not see a [GPWS] section in the .cfg.

Fr.Bill...

I have the sounds for GPWS- the entire 100,90,80 etc but could I add that into the cfg too?

I dont really mess around with it myself so I dont exactly know what the individual sections do.

Which is the bit linking it to the sound? Is the file called 'max_warning_height' or something for the first one?

That entire section is hard-coded into FSX. What it is, it is. You can only adjust the parameters in the aircraft.cfg file.

Oh right.

Well I think I know why FSPilot was unstable, I think I need the FSInn program with it too.

Some of my aircraft will give those warnings, but I checked and did not see a [GPWS] section in the .cfg.  How does that happen? (same question in the "two small problems" thread)

You add the entire section into an aircraft.cfg file yourself!  ;D

Boikat is saying that some aircraft will give the warnings without that Aircraft.cfg entry. I assume this is done with a special GPWS gauge.
