FSX including FSX Steam version.

I am new to add-ons and i have just recently downloaded the ones i want. Now i just need to know how to get the files to the game where i can use them.
Can someone please explain it to me?

Go on youtube and watch a video on how to out aircrafts into fsx. Thats how I learned, you have XP right?
