FEX and XGRAPHICS

I know that these are payware, but this is more a question about mixing the pair.

I bought the ASX-XGRAPHICS bundle and I certainly have no complaint.  Running ASX over the fourth core has meant great weather without more pressure on core 1.  

However

does FEX fulfill the same functions as XGraphics,

or can they be combined.

or won't they mix

They both do the same thing and change the same textures.

Therefore if you install FEX after ASG    then FEX will override ASG.

BUT

You can manually grab the textures and create you own mix if you wish, and there may be checkboxes in ASG to only install SOME textures. I did that with Activesky graphics for fs2004 and FE.
