It shouldn't be a problem. I have CFS2, CFS3, FS9 and FSX on my "C" drive, and in principle, if it works okay with all them loaded on the "C" drive, they should work on a "D" through "Z" drive drive. After all, you're only going to be running one program or the other anyway.
