View point problem

I cant seem to adjust the viewpoint on any aircraft in FSX I have tried shift enter no joy then someone said try shift or control Q still no joy advice please as it is difficult lsnding if you csnt see the runway

You must hold Cntrl+Q down for a moment and then you will notice the view gradually changing.  If you want to go back, hold down Cntrl+Shift+Q and the view will gradually change back.  You're probably just not holding the keys down long enough - try it again.
