Flashing Scerrn

Postby PAA968 Kenny » Sun Apr 13, 2008 9:37 pm

Hi

In FSX when ever I switch vews from the VC to the 2d panel  or bring up the gps window the screen flashes white before I can do anythig. Does anyone had this problem, and if so is there a fix for it?

Thank you.

Yes

Thank Nvidia

the problem has been in FSX with Nvidia adapters since the day FSX was released and that fix has been posted here since October of 2006

Nvidia does not find FSX a priority application for fixes

Ok, if I may please. This leads in to the next big question that I have.

The biggest part of my flight sim experience has been with XP and a ATI graphics card, which have worked great.

Are you running XP or Vista?
This is my first experience with a Nvidia card and at this point it's not good :(  FSX looks good, but FS9 just looks nasty. When ever I brain up a window, like FSNav or start FSP  or just thr def. GPS window flight sim 9 loses all AA. I've even gone as far to download a program called nhancer, but it does not seen to any effect.
