I just recently bought a logitech clearchat USB for my hp laptop. Im using windows vista and ive made sure it wasnt on mute and everything the computer can hear me when i tell them to do an instruction but the problem is when i go online ive even configured the microphone and it said it worked also. Now can anyone help me try and get this microphone to work please please :( i can even hear myself from the mic.

Please please please help.

Have you checked the "Sound" settings in FSX to make sure your sound hardware is recognized and not set to "Default"?  I HAVE READ also that USB headsets don't work well in Laptops ...

I have a Sennheiser headset that was just a plug and go which works very well and it has USB/Rec-Mic switchable cord (I'm using the pink/green mic/audio leads). My buddy just took back to BB a USB headset for an exchange ..... but I have not had any experience with the USB sets.  :)

Okay well i got it too work. Now i have a few questions.

1. I can never find the frequincy that the other players are on. I can only talk to like one person  >:(

2. Do i always have to push a button that i asined to talk or can i have it automatic? :-?
