Aircraft.cfg-Editor for FS2004 and FSX

Postby LateLightLover » Sat Mar 29, 2008 1:12 pm

Hello guys,
I've recently developed a program,
that allows to edit the fltsim-Sections of an Aircraft.cfg within seconds!
This means the entries like manufacturer, type, variation, atc_id, texture, etc. can be changed.
You can choose between editing only one entry, all entries that contain the same value or from all sections, which is much likely the replace function from windows editor - but without scrolling up and down kilometers of the cfg-file...

Thank you!
I just did the translation, and I can nearly guarantee that there will be no errors!

Will post a Download link tomorrow, don't have the time to upload it right now.

By the way, my program creates a backup of each file in background, before you change something.

It's translated now, and the manual, too.

You can download my program from here:

http://share-online.biz/?d=95E993915

You need to type in the number there and then click submit, then the download starts.

The manual is included, as a pdf file.  ;)

HELLO, is there no one interested? if so, please tell me, so I don't need to pay attention to this forum anymore, or download it and tell me how it is, if you like the layout, if it works, if it's comfortable, etc.

There is an English manual and instructions included,
and there were no bugs found on three totally different computer systems (and different users of course), while testing it.

Sorry, I just feel more comfortable using Notepad to do it.  Probably useful for those who do not edit this way or find things easy to do.  I`m a beta tester and also write screens for LCD modules so Notepad is second nature.  Good luck though.....
