Flour Power Man

I found an old thread regarding this subject before, but had no real answer, just a link that lead to an error, sooo, here it is for my sake.

Is there a line of text to add, or file to edit, etc, in order to be able to have an aircraft in free flight be able to drop flour bombs?
With the new F/A-18 out in acceleration, I find myself wanting to make things....go boom.  So, any help on this is appreciated  ;D

As far as i know the ability to drop flour bombs is defined in a mission file, not in the cfg or air files. In other words, you can't edit anything to drop a flour bomb whenever.
