If your plane and the runway are up to it, you can take off with a tailwind.
so the winds is 006/5 and you have a choice of runway 090 or 270. In this situation it really doesn't matter, the wind is light but almost pure cross wind. If you wanted to be pedantic, you'ld go for 090 as it would give you the slightest component of headwind.
Same goes for pattern entry and landing. "Legally", you can leave your radio off and just barge your way in. (don't do it, though)..
