When you open the Joystick Properties...>>>>
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Game Controllers > Properties....
What do you see?
Is the cursor centered in the window, or does it stick to one side?
It should be possible for YOU to control it's movement AROUND the window with the Joystick, and position it in the centre!
If not, then your Joystick is faulty and probably requires replacing!
A faulty Potentiometer was/is common on some Logitek Joysticks. (It has happened to me!).
