I have the Deluxe version of FSX and was wondering where the SDK's are located? I would like to try to design something for FSX, and am not sure where they are.

You need to install update SP1a for the SDK too, have a look at FS Insiders......

yah I have the update installed now just can't run them don't know where to start them up to start modeling

To start modelling you have to install Gmax too. Explore CD one again and find the gmax setup file. To check out the other tools, tutorials and samples, just open windows explorer and go to the place where you installed the sdk... explore the folders created during the installation, you'll find everything there.
