This service pack requires the originalrelease of flightsimulator x(fsx) SDK which you can find on disk one of fsx delux edition. Please install this first by running setup exe in the disk one sdk directory and than start sdk sp1 installation
what shal i do now

I assume you mean SP1. It is the update/patch for FSX, or, put another way, service pack 1. It increases the performance of FSX.
