Been away from FS, just ordered FSX...

Hi guys, I used to be quite active here (I'm not expecting anyone to remember me lol!) until my old laptop broke and I bought a new one which wasn't good enough to run my copy of FS9. I've now built a games PC and have just ordered Flight Sim X after putting it off for months.

I have a few short questions...

- Are the default 737s/747s better than they were in FS9 in terms of flight dynamics and features (FMC?) or is the PMDG stuff still the best for FSX?

- My PC specs are in my sig. Will FSX look better than FS9 and still give me atleast 20FPS?

- Are the new multiplayer features used much/worth the price?

I'd say get another gig of ram. You wont be able to max it out, but with SP1, you'll be able to run the autogen. I dont fly the jets much, can't comment. Multiplayer is widely used, but you get disconnected a lot. SP1 said it was supposed to fix it. Hasn't helped me.

The 737 and 747 are ok, but no FMC usage. PMDG should be releasing Queen of the Skies 747 (FSX version) any day now, its in beta test and has full FMC-
