how do i get the gates in flight sim to move

So the game advertises that the gates will hook up to the aircraft in fsx......however i have been unable to get this to work...is there anything inparticular i need to do...and i am running full graphics

They might have add-ons in it or MS may be lying?  :o

yea because i am running the delux version of fsx and on the front cover of the package it states "Jetways move into place at the gate" and the video demonstration of fsx shows the gates moving

tried doing a search and turned up nothing besides the shader fix which shouldnt be causing that trouble anyways
