Looking for folder(s) to extract from DVD

I'm looking for the Scenery/World/Texture folder on the DVD(s) to extract. Does anyone know where they're located on the disc(s) and how I go about extracting them?

I've tried extracting files from the DVD before, but without success.

Instead, I created a backup DVD of FSX, containing serveral zip files, which include a whole, fresh FSX installation.
If I need original files, I only put in the DVD, extract them and replace them. Done.

Ok, so you're saying do a full install on your HD, copy, zip and burn the files on CD/DVD? I tried extracting them from the DVD themselves but they're in Cabinet File format and was unsuccessfull.
