Mid West Fly-in (bovine terror)

Postby atlantic73 » Tue Jan 16, 2007 5:36 pm

hi,
I finally figured an easy way of getting the "Barnstorming badge of annoyance" by turning the scenery and graphics settings to a minimun which removes the trees which make it impossible to barnstorm one of the barns but i cannot get the "bovine badge of terror". i can buzz three herds of sheep but the one located right next to the take-off airfield doesnt seem to work. Has anyone any ideas or is there another sheep pen that im missing? :-/

i haven't tried that mission yet, but sheep are not bovine, so you might try to seek out a field of cows.   ;)

apparently you have to buzz all 4 herds of sheep.

also, where the hell can you you find herds of sheep?

i have been searching for ages, and the only one i have found is that herd near that barn, about 1 mile from the airport

obviously sheep aint bovine but tell that to the geniuses at fsx, their mistake. its way easier to find them when you put scenery setting and graphics settings to a minimum. they are all within  mile or two of the airfield. the other 3 i can buzz because the guy comments on each but the ones near the airfield nuthin happens

Does everybody else know something I don't? :-? I've flown the Midwest Fly-in mission several times, and never heard anything about buzzing sheep or the Bovine Badge of Terror. Am I talking about the wrong mission? Do you just have to do something special? I'm confused.

find every group of sheep and buzz them... drop flower bombs on them if you wish :)... you will notice several barns in the area with doors open wide on both sides... fly through the barns. i think there are a few more things you have to do...  :-/

i enjoy long walks on the beach, yummie thai food, and obliterating my enemy's aircraft around them with a hail of bullets from 12 .50s. and/or a 75mm cannon.
