Need help to install F-15 into FSX Deluxe

I have had many problems trying to install the F-15 into the FSX Deluxe edition.  Can someone help me install this update on this page:  http://www.simviation.com/members/fsxmilitary1.htm

Thank you, please explain using a very detailed tutorial.  Much apprecaited.
