Do you think Mr.SP2 will like if I change the MS driver to my video card original driver ,I see more frames in fs9 in this package,than before I add this sp2 ,I even format my hdd ,but the video is not the same ,do you think ,will be a problem,or do you have any idea what can I do?

Change your video driver Alex. If there's a problem you can always just roll back to the previous one.

I'm not sure SP2 changes anything about your display driver, does it ?  ???
If it does (which I would be VERY surprised) then it would put some "default" drivers, just like when you make a fresh install of Windows, and in that case, of course you must update your display drivers again
