There's a demo out?

Wow, I'll have to get on that.

Will I buy it? Probably not.....I already have FS9 set up the way I like it, and most of my payware is older stuff, which most likely wont be updated for the new version, and even if it is I will probably have to pay for it again for the updated version. I enjoy FS9 because I love flying, and it isnt important that I can look around and see birds, and other animals, moving ships, and moving cars. Flying isn't about dropping sacks of flour on targets, or having to have an objective to WIN the game, and when it is taken to that level all it is is just a game. When you take off and arrive safely from point A to point B then you have won the game.....

verry true wise words.

However im getting FSX I planning on getting a new computer later this year (around christmas) and i will be makeing sure it will run FSX. Now for you guys complaineing about the demo, politely just shut up and stop whineing. ITS A DEMO OF AN UNFINISHED BETA The actual thing will be much better. I also wasnt totaly satified from the demo but i know M$ will have a better sim when it finally realeased for real

I'm definitely not getting it, for a few reasons.

For one, the deluxe version is far too expensive, and the cheaper version isn't really worth it since it'll be missing a lot of stuff.

I also just finished recieving a new rig (of average performance), and I'm not about to go buy a whole new one (or blow more cash on upgrades) just to run one game.

FSX is neat and all, but I can't warrant the small fortune I'd have to pay just to run the thing.

You're forgetting all the improvement FSX is bringing -> new flight model, new earth, high altitudes, new flying impression due to head movements, better VCs, better graphics, animated airports, greater details etc....

Think about getting your payware liner to a gate in FSX, with all the vehicules moving aroud for luggages, fuel etc??

Also, I would be very surprised that payware craft maker would not release a FSX compatibility patch for their products for free... but you may be right... well that would be weird, though...
