There are quite some payware airport sceneries (there might be some freeware too) that have traffic driving around. The packages of FlyTampa and Flightzone are the ones I can think of at this moment.

A single download that adds car traffic all over the world, I've never seen.

Crash ;)

I use an alternative "Road Texture" replacing the default Road Texture, which shows Traffic on the Major Highways.

(No effect on Frame Rates...Texture only)

This was useful in my recent "Route 66" flight, guiding me from Santa Monica to Chicago, following the Highway... :)...!

For FS 2002, but also works in FS 2004...;)...!

doesn't the sheffield city freeware add-on (available @ simV) have traffic driving around the airport?

Nu-Road Repaver (FSGenesis= payware) adds road textures that simulate traffic on all the roads in the sim.

Now, it's really hard on frame rates, but if you think your rig can handle it, give Google a search for the Pellston Mi.(KPLN) Scenery by Matthias Rauh. VERY detailed, with moving traffic in the parking lot and on the main roads in the area.

If you would just like some cars in parking lots and such, without needing them to move, you might also look into RWY12. It's a freeware object placing tool that will let you put static cars, trucks, birds, cows, buildings, or whatever, anywhere in the entire FS9 world. Very nice and easy to use. :)
