ATC and SIDs STARs and aproach procedures

Hi i was wondering if there is a way for makin the ATC to give you autorization to a determined STAR or SID and direct you to fly the aproach you have in the charts, for learning how to fly as the aproach is published in the terminal charts.

Unfortunatly FS204 (and "The X") do not support SIDs and STARs.

I wish FS ATC supported Sids and STARS too.

Often times I just cancel IFR and fly the STAR or Sid if I feel like it.  I know its technically not right, but sometimes it works out better than getting vectored a half mile in front of a 747 when Im in a King Air!

I have all the real world approach plates for British Columbia, so I like practicing the Sids and STARS in and out of YVR.  8-)

... ever worse: from time to time you MUST cancel IFR to have a correct approach and not crash into mountains etc. - see LOWI :-(

Anyway: I wonder why never any Add-On was produced solving that problem. I would really pay some $ for a good ATC which a.) includes pattern and a correct approach b.) includes SIDs and STARs.

Its technicly almost impossible too let flightsimulator handle it, and since there isnt a publicly availible source code then you really dont have a chance of seeing that, you can fly them online with ATC guidance on VATSIM/IVAO like networks.

A cheap $5 microfone will do, although i prefer the better senheiser/creative ones, they give a nicer sound and can be worn for a longer time. Other then that, you dont need to buy anything.

But you do have to attempt to fly by real world procedures and to those standards.

True, but if you tell them your completely new to it then there usualy willing to help you, although i have never flown on vatsim so i cant say how its there.
