I under stand completely I am probably not explaining myself clearly enough. Inside of the panel cfg file you will notice all of the windows are listed usually starting with the main window and then describing each window after that giving each window a unique number with the main window usually being number. If you press shift + 1 this will open and close the main window. The other windows are controlled the same way. Inside of each windows description there is a lay out as to where to put everything at and which bitmap to display it is those numbers that you have to watch for when moving a window from one plane to another.
Think of it this way you put a window at say 12,25,32 will say the first number is the lateral pos. the second is the vertical pos and the third is how big to make the window now you want to define another window inside of that window if you use say 14,28,34 this would not work as the lateral pos is bigger than the first therfore it will be out side you should use something like 10,15,25 am I making any sense here
