Ok just relax and take it slow.
Try to follow the directions in the program on this page, 3Wire, to see if that solves your problems of adding arresting wires and cat. launch ability to your carriers.

I have not used this personally but Im sure it comes with a clear readme file that has directions on what to do.  :)

Okay, take A breath, i'm downloading now, so i'll help you in a little while...just a bit more study for exams.  ;) :P

Note; Install the .Net 1.1 Framework. That's very likely your problem

I'm having some problems on my end, but not wtih 3Wire.

First, Install Net Framework 1.1 like I said before. You need 1.1, NOT 2.0 (they may have fixed that by now, so you might be able to use 2.x)

Second, make sure you have FSUIPC installed (the newest version for FS9 is here on simv, i think on the first page of utilities). 3Wire only uses the free version of FSUIPC.

Also, don't put 3Wire's install directory to the FS9 main folder. This will mess things up. Otherwise, I can't tell why it wouldn't work. Does the error message just say "Error" with an okay button? Or does it have other info? Gd Luck!  ;D
